MEGATUBE Building System
AMC is proud to introduce our new MegaTube building system. The new MegaTube tubular frame system starts with heavy-duty 6 ”x2” 14 gauge steel tubing for the mainframe and trusses. We added special plates at the joints that allows for the columns and trusses to be bolted together. To the trusses we added special purlin clips made to fit several different sizes of purlins. The MegaTube columns and truss span 10’ to 15’ and will use 3” to 6” purlin. Combine this with unique purlin spacing and you have a strong, well engineered building design that provides better security than conventional steel structures.The MegaTube Building frame system does require some welding and cutting. We highly recommend choosing from a list of AMC preferred professional independent erectors to assist with installation. Each one has been carefully selected and instructed in the correct procedures of erecting a MegaTube building.
SpanTube Building System
The SpanTube building system features a 2 "x3" tubular frame system that is pre-cut andfabricated in our own facility. The SpanTube building system is pre-fabricated, versatile,
attractive in design, affordable in construction, and low maintenance. These building systems are easily erected by the do-it-yourselfer or qualified erector crews. From open carports, storage, garages, shops to commercials buildings, SpanTube structures are built to last a lifetime. These buildings are ideal for finishing out with sheetrock or plywood walls inside.
